Job Description

:
Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal procurement terms and performance.
Assist in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for IT products and services to meet organizational needs.
Support negotiations of contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in IT procurement.
Oversee the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders for IT equipment and services.
Assist in managing the IT procurement budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with IT and other departments to understand their procurement needs and align strategies.
Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance for management review.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Singapore
Minimum 3 years' of experience in sourcing and procurement
Experience with e-procurement software/ platforms preferred (for e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Zycus, etc.)
Those with CIPS certification will have an added advantage
