We are looking for Service Manager - Assistant Manager (Karting Service) to join our pe-opening team at The Palawan @ Sentosa!

As the Service Manager - Assistant Manager (Karting Service) we rely on you to:

Support the Go-Kart Manager in daily operation
Manages Karting operations experiences
To assist in maximising the performance of Karting facility
Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in Karting facility
Set and maintain service standards
Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Go-Kart Operations
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in an Attractions environment
Leads by example
Creative with an eye for detail
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Willing to work shifts
