Job Description
- Identify tenant mix, engage prospective tenants, conduct marketing sales calls/ site viewings and presentations
- Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions for all NTUC Club\'s properties
- Translate leads/opportunities into deal closure
- Build networking channels with tenants, agents and internal/external stakeholders
- Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies
- Monitor market trends, key insights on supply and demand of business space
- Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management
- Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing and retail leasing
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
