What the role is:
Assistant Manager, Leasing
What you will be working on:
Serve as Account Manager for a designated portfolio of commercial tenants
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management.
Lead the formulation, review and enhancement of leasing policies and processes to optimise operational efficiency and tenant experience.
Conduct in-depth analysis of tenants' requirements, including space utilisation patterns, rental assistance needs and commercial considerations, to provide tailored solutions.
Implement and manage arrears collection for the portfolio, ensuring timely rental payments and minimising defaults.
Lead negotiations for tenancy renewals with existing tenants, securing optimal terms while maintaining positive relationships.
What we are looking for:
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of real estate and facilities management practices will be an advantage
