Job Description

Responsibilities:

• M&A Project Participation: Work as part of a team on M&A projects in the Asian consumer sector, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• New Business Development: Assist Deputy GM and team leaders in developing new businesses within the organisation, aligning with the existing portfolio.
• Asset Management Expansion: Support DGM and team leaders in expanding the asset management business (real estate, infrastructure, data center) in the Asian region.
• Affiliated Company Management: Manage and support affiliated companies in Asian countries where the organisation has investments related to asset management and private equity.
• Department and Business Operations: Assist GM/DGM in managing departmental and business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Required to travel, averaging 1-2 trips per month.
• M&A Knowledge: Professional and broad knowledge of M&A, including valuation, negotiation, funding, and investment structuring.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering collaboration between suppliers, users, and branch offices.
• Deep understanding of company management, including accounting, tax, human resources, financing, and internal regulations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in principal investment and post-investment management in operational companies preferred.
• Experience in a private equity firm or investment bank preferred.
• Experience in business development, including M&A in operational companies preferred.
