Assistant Manager/ Manager (corporate Communications)
Job Description
:You will be part of a team responsible for driving the corporate communications of Gardens by the Bay to enhance its brand reputation as a national garden and world-class horticultural attraction. With a strong focus on public relations, your job scope will encompass the development and execution of communications strategies across multiple platforms. This may involve organising media events and engagements; facilitating media queries, interviews and filming; hosting local and foreign media and KOL visits; pitching stories to media; and developing communications materials such as media releases, speeches, and talking points for spokespersons. You should be able to articulate the brand effectively and develop compelling narratives to keep Gardens by the Bay top of mind.Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Arts, Business, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in communications and media relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce well-structured and accurate materials within a short time frame
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
