What the role is:We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised assistant manager/ manager to produce events from conceptualisation through completion. The ideal candidate will be able to provide outstanding experience-oriented events that meet the intended goals and expectations of the organisation. S/he must be able to work well within time limits to plan, resource, and oversee the events. Excellent people skills are a must as s/he will be working with internal clients and cross-functional teams directly. The ability to multitask and prioritise are essential, as the candidate will oversee all the different aspects of various events management including design, programming and guest management. If you are organised, creative, passionate about planning events, and have fresh ideas, we\'d love to meet you!What you will be working on:\xef\x82\xa7 Ability to see the \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d and be able to execute event planning, design, and production \xef\x82\xa7 Management of complete project within deadline and budget with minimum guidance \xef\x82\xa7 Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Content Development, Media) to coordinate and optimise tactics and programs \xef\x82\xa7 Management and organisational skills including event branding, creative experience design, programming, guest management, logistics, technical equipment and etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent people and communication skills; ability to effectively speak with both internal and external partners/ agencies to articulate ideas, needs, and resolve situations \xef\x82\xa7 Proactive in handling issues and troubleshooting problems \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to apply relevant technologies \xef\x82\xa7 Follow-through and willingness to conduct pre-and post-event evaluations, reporting of outcomes.What we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in the field of events/ project management, or equivalent relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-experience oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communications and negotiation ability \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to oversee multiple projects independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative, proactive, and solutions orientated \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organisational skills and attention to details \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in digital technologies for experiential event management \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for trends in events, entertainment and media, a plus
