Roles & Responsibilities Job Scope

• Conduct market research and develop international business plan for market expansion
• Drive growth and expansion strategies to meet business objectives
• Adopt strategic selling approach by identifying, targeting and penetrating markets and companies based on their specific needs and demands
• Develop customised business solutions that effectively articulate and differentiate services value proposition
• Review pricing strategies as well as service and resource capabilities for market competitiveness
• Identify, forge and maintain strategic partnerships to drive initiatives for international services
• Build strong internal network of resources and work effectively with various project teams to build solutions and deliver client needs
• Implement any other assigned tasks

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma with at least 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Prior experience in B2B sales environment with proven track record
• Experience with developing new business and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of the Halal, training, certification and/or consulting industries is advantageous
• Good negotiation skills, positive and ability to influence others
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Independent; target-driven; well organised; inspires confidence in self
• High degree of trust and integrity, commitment, responsibility and initiative
• Willingness and ability to travel
