This position is for Pasir Ris Mall (Phoenix Commercial Pte Ltd), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\'s assigned portfolio.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liasing with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
Must have experience in budgeting
Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have an added advantage.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
