Job Description

NAC\'s Marketing & Audience Development department advocates and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. You will work closely with the whole of the Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel in the areas of marketing communications, to highlight the Council\xe2\x80\x99s role as champion of the arts. You will also work with departments within the Council, and with external stakeholders to initiate, implement and manage marketing communications initiatives which are aligned with NAC\xe2\x80\x99s mission, vision and strategic thrusts.[What you will be working on]

• Develop, review and implement marketing initiatives, in support of branding and marketing objectives under the parent ministry and related agencies.
• Work on branding, creative campaigns and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for the Council and its programmes, projects and initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, etc.
• Identify new marketing trends and growth opportunities to support and advance the Council\xe2\x80\x99s programmes, projects and initiatives.
• Provide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of branding, marketing campaign management administrative protocols, so that department officers are well-advised and equipped in programmes/project implementation.
• Plan and implement holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies and campaigns that support and profile the work of the Council.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing communications, media or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the arts and culture
• Good networking capabilities
• Strong organisational, project management and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
