Offered Salary
Up to $5,000 per month (Subject to Client's Approval)
Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Compliance

• Monitor and respond to Shopee seller chat within stipulated SLA to achieve 100% compliance.
• Investigate and manage service recovery for defective items, delayed shipping, missing items, and other fulfilment lapses.
• Inventory & Fulfilment Management

• Conduct quality checks on incoming stocks and coordinate inbounding processes with Shopee.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and manage distribution across sales channels, including vending machines and pop-up stores.
• Sales & Reporting

• Track and update sales and inventory performance regularly.
• Provide timely sales and inventory reports to the Merchandising Team and Finance for reconciliation and analysis.

Required Expertise:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with proven ability to handle service recovery and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Shopee Seller Centre or similar e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
