Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Assistant Manager/ Manager. You will assist in the full spectrum of procurement activities and processes whereby attention to details and focus on quality of works are critical. You will also assist to provide prompt procurement advice to stakeholders in accordance with contract terms and conditions and specifications, procurement policies and industry good practices and assist in the proper management of procurement audit matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Business Administration/Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in procurement and contracts management, with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant working experience, preferably with knowledge in sustainable procurement as well
• Good knowledge and exposure with a keen interest in procurement and contract management line of works
• Proficient in the usage of MS Office and ERP systems such as Oracle Netsuite and TenderBoard
• Meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task and possess strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently
• Resourceful, able to work independently and is a good team player at the same time
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
• Must possess good writing skills
