What the role is:
As a member of the Plans Team, you will assist in the strategic planning, policy development, resource management, and corporate planning to support the strategic development of the national cybersecurity capability.
What you will be working on:
Responsibilities o Conceptualise and develop strategic development plans and master plans, policies and legislations pertaining to cybersecurity o Coordinate and assist in developing and drafting strategies, concepts and masterplans o Monitor and drive the implementation of cybersecurity strategies and masterplans o Manage resources needed to deliver our cybersecurity strategies and masterplans o Develop work plans and conduct work-planning activities, including workplanning retreats and workshops o Develop a framework to manage and report on performance of CSA o Engage internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate strategic planning and prioritisation o Conduct research on strategic trends in cybersecurity o Present plans and strategies to senior management o Perform secretariat duties for regular meetings with senior management
What we are looking for:
Requirements o A tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in a similar role in the public sector would be an advantage. o Articulate and strong conceptual abilities o Excellent analytical and writing skills o Enjoys conducting research o Good presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking o Able to work independently, good interpersonal and organisational skills If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
