What the role is:Assistant Manager / Manager, Tenancy & Licence ManagementWhat you will be working on:Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and propertiesEvaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and conduct consultations with agenciesFormulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies/licensesConduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platformMaintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow ups on customers\' requests, prompt response to enquiries, etcPrepare and collate management reports and coordinate and respond to requests for informationManage issues related to IT systems, including monitoring timelines, conducting user acceptance testing, and carrying out system reviewsWhat we are looking for:Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real EstateGood interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skillsAble to work independentlyMeticulous with strong analytical abilityProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
