This way, no citizen will be left behind and we can move forward as one nation.What the Role IsYou will be part of the dynamic Workplace & Facilities Management (WFM) team within the Workplace and Organisation Development (WOD) Division. WOD drives organisational development to strengthen IMDA\'s corporate climate, identity, culture in support of IMDA\'s transformation and growth efforts to achieve IMDA\'s mission and goals.What You Will Be Working OnManage the office facilities, operations, repair, maintenance and relevant processes/ procedures with service providers to ensure that the office is well-maintained at all times and meets the safety and prevailing regulatory standards.Ensure consistency of service delivery within the various IMDA sites.Manage and supervise the performance of the service providers to ensure that they perform their roles accordingly and effectivelyWork with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality service is maintained by enforcing quality and user service standardsConceptualise, develop and implement innovation solutions, business re-engineering processes or digitalisation or improvement initiatives to transform the workplace to be data-driven and hybrid Future Workplace. This involves project and stakeholder managementPrepare, control and review the operating and capital expenditure budgetManage workplace improvement works/ initiatives, renovation, addition & alteration works to optimise the office spaces as well as enhance the occupants\' and visitors\' experiencesConduct annual review for compliance with Workplace Health & Safety Act, as well as fire drills and other exercisesReview and manage the security processes and protocols in line with the prevailing policies and requirements to ensure the security of classified information in IMDASupport workplace sustainability strategies, including the implementation of sustainability plans and initiatives to achieve the ESG framework and Green PlanDevelop, maintain and review SOPs for the division for process improvementSupport and coordinate for Business Continuity PlanCarry out other administrative duties and/ projects when requiredWhat We Are Looking ForTertiary qualification with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the areas of facilities management, engineering, project management or other related fieldsStrong project and stakeholder management and skillsGood writing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and manage conflicting groups of stakeholders to provide positive outcomesAbility to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, having the flexibility to adjust and react to changing prioritiesA quick and creative problem solverEnthusiastic, proactive, resilient, creative, and have a strong proven track record of being both a strong individual contributor and a teamThe position offered will be commensurate with experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.#LI-BR1About Info-communications Media Development Authority:Info-communications Media Development Authority (www.imda.gov.sg) offers a rewarding career that gives you a front seat in the fast-changing infocomm media sector, where technology and content are shaping the way people view the world more than ever.
