Job Description

:

• This position is for Office of Overseas Centres (OOC).
• Conduct comprehensive market feasibility studies on target regional markets, particularly that of China and India.
• Identify relevant market entry models for potential and new overseas centres.
• Engage with stakeholders, institutions, organisations, companies and external consultants to gather relevant market data and intelligence.
• Help identify and evaluate potential partnership and business opportunities for new overseas centre markets in the region, focusing on China and India.
• Synthesize market data and intelligence into coherent reports and papers fit for presentations.
• Assist in the development of overseas centres expansion and support implementation plans.
• Any other work as assigned by the Office of Overseas Centres.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth knowledge of both the China and India markets. Relevant experience life experience in China and/or India will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese and/or Hindi will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and tasks without comprising work quality.
• Inter-cultural mindset and proactive in nature. Team player.
• Strong interest in business development, international engagement, strategic partnerships, and higher education sector.
• Able to travel in the region and with short notice and sometimes for long duration.
