Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative marketing campaigns that boost footfall, excite shoppers, and support tenants.
- Partner with tenants and vendors to roll out memorable mall events, activations, and promotional tie-ups.
- Drive revenue and visibility through casual leasing opportunities like atrium events, pushcarts, and advertising panels.
- Take charge of digital and social media marketing, using analytics to connect with shoppers and amplify results.
- Track performance, optimize campaigns, and contribute to big-picture marketing strategies that keep the mall ahead of the game.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail/shopping mall marketing with strong exposure to events and tenant engagement.
- A dynamic, outgoing personality with great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative and solutions-focused, with a passion for delivering experiences that delight shoppers and tenants alike.
