The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for the development and execution of marketing plans the market across Brand, PR, sports marketing and retail marketing verticals.He/she is required to own the go-to-market (GTM) campaign and partner closely with own retail, wholesale, eCommerce and CRM teams.Your ImpactBrand Planning:
o Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager in building a 3Y strategy that amplifies our identity, positioning and market share
o Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to drive each year's seasonal product stories across key channelsBrand Activation:
o Develop and execute the annual brand and sports marketing plan, with a focus on UA's key categories of sport, ensuring seamless support and alignment across diverse sales channels, including own retail, wholesale accounts, and eCommerce platforms.
o Bring product campaigns to life across digital, social and retail channels. You'll help make sure everything is on point and drives results.
o Lead exciting partnerships, events and promotions that elevate the brand. Whether it's collaborating with athletes or influencers, you'll be there to help make things happen.
o Own the coordination and management of PR, media, and social media agencies, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with overall strategy and goals.
o Lead the development and execution of the sports marketing strategy, including the management of athlete and brand ambassador relationships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
o Managing marketing expenses, ensuring alignment with the allocated budget and providing regular reports
o Dive deep into market trends, research competitors, and understand what consumers want so we can stay ahead of the curve.
o Collaborate with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams, including merchandising, CRM, VM, retail channel leads, and regional marketing counterparts, to ensure alignment.Qualifications
