Job Description


Job Purpose

Energetic individuals with a passion for media production in generating imaginative ideas and concepts. To work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver mobile studio requirements and produce video contents that meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand standards and guidelines. Ensure all AV equipment are operational and facility is functioning at optimal level within Voltage & CFE training centre premises. Managed Room Booking requests from agency & corporate users. Maintain proper operational & inventory records. Provide IT system support in managing Learning Management System (LMS) portal for Distribution Financial Representatives.

The Job

  • Media Production
  • Experience in Video Production, multimedia or any relevant production fields
  • Proficient in the use of video/sound/lighting equipment, sound editing software, video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, and other equipment/software used in video production for video content delivery / online learning materials
  • Knowledge and skills in basic photography and graphics design, Photoshop software.
  • Experience in handling A/V systems hardware and software maintenance, deployment and liaise with external AV vendors for critical issues
  • To assist with content publishing via Content Management System upon obtained approval
  • Maintain inventory list of equipment and arrange periodical preventative maintenance
  • Facilities Maintenance
  • Managed room booking requests from corporate or agency requests
  • Partners with IFM team to ensure daily operations at Voltage & CFE Training Centre premises is maintained and operational ready at all times.
  • Anticipate and manage repairs/fixtures of the premises whenever necessary
  • Liaise with Property Management to ensure good housekeeping of the premises
  • IT Systems Support
  • Provide IT support in managing Learning Management System (LMS) portal for Distribution Financial Representatives and pre-contract candidates.
  • Liaise with IT team to resolve any system issues / functions
  • Raise and review relevant internal system access requests
  • Maintain inventory list of IT equipment
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Qualifications

Our Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Film Studies or any relevant video production, TV production, film production, or multimedia fields
  • Demonstrated deep experience in video production and technologies
  • Proficient in the use of video/sound/lighting equipment, sound editing software, video editing and motion graphics software and other equipment/software used in video production for online learning materials
  • Experience in A/V systems hardware and software maintenance, deployment and operations execution.
  • Knowledge in Studio Operations, graphics design, modelling, texturing, rendering, animation for 3D will be an added advantage
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
