Job Scope:
- Conceptualize, plan and execute outreach events.
- Prepare corporate communications for public and donors (slides, videos, etc).
- Support the Project Teams in Research, Procurement, Logistics and administrative arrangement processes.
- Assist the Project in Human Resource Management (Hiring, On-boarding, Exit, Appointments, Visiting Staff, and other HR processes, etc.)
- Manage budget and finance.
- Assist in report writing.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.45pm & Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Able to start work immediately/ on short notice.
- Minimum Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and EDM.
