What the role is:You will be assisting with the dept\'s recruitment / exit / engagement operations.What you will be working on:You will assist with the People Policy operations work:Personnel Info Creation / Data Management on Cumulus (Workday System)Create Payroll Instructions to Vital Shared ServicesCollation and preparation of data for reportsAssist with the digitalisation project (digitalisation of physical p-files)Posting and Maintenance of the HR announcement on the IntranetCreation and Maintenance of E-Personnel Files through E-RegistryCompletion of SurveysAssist Compensation & Benefit Partner in processing of billing & payments and to work closely with business partners & other ministries and statutory boardsOther Ad-hoc work that is assignedWhat we are looking for:Diploma in Business Management, Degree in Business (HR)At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resource Role.Familiarity with HR practices, process and data management in the public sector will be an advantage.Good command of spoken and written English communication skillsA hands-on who is independent, self-motivated, positive and a team player who contributes to a collaborative working environmentMeticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines.He/She should have a mindset of continuous improvement, recommend, and explore fresh ideas that may not have been tried and testedAbout National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
