About the role The role will cover the following responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Serve as Procurement Business Partner towards internal key stakeholders from Facilities Management (FM), CSR and Sustainability \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage FM and common items source to contract (S2C) processes. Main tasks associated to this scope include: o Develop and execute category strategies and sourcing process ensuring sustainable benefit for the company o Ensure the procurement processes are executed according to the procurement policy and manual o Drive and responsible for the KPIs (savings, etc.) o Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) effort for the strategic and critical supplier \xc2\xb7 Co-Lead with the Procurement Management Team for the following transformation projects: o Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system and tools o Data Management o Procurement & Sourcing Processes transformation \xc2\xb7 Support the respective project lead for the following transformation projects: o Performance Management and Reporting enhancement o SRM framework development
Job requirements

• A good university degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Procurement, preferable Telco industry
• Preferably exposed to best-in-class procurement methodologies such as category management, digital procurement, etc.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Resourceful and a good team player
• Highly self-motivated and driven personality
