Job Description

This Role will be responsible for managing all things related to: Planning, Procurement, Product Transformation and Financial Performance Management for the Central Processing Unit (CPU). He/she will collaborate very closely with his/her peers for the three focus areas of the CPU 1) Fish & Seafood, 2) Fruits & Vegetables, 3) Poultry.

This Role will report to the Head of the CPU. He/She will be focusing on:Operational KPIs such as: Fulfillment on time, Yield/Shrinkage, Cost for unit of transformation Assisting in continuous improvement work relating to system, data analysis and reporting, etc Assist in tracking Financial targets /Financial KPIs (P/L ownership for operations) and relevant gaps relating to KPI and/or other operational matters. All administrative functions related to production operations


In addition to the above he/she will also be involved in the BAU functions by ensuring Process compliance, analysis of data (transactional, KPI, etc.)
He/she works with/leads a small team of associates who will be responsible for: Planning, management of Inventory and production transactions in relevant systems, store order fulfillment capturing, etc. The team will report to him/her with regards to process compliance, improvement and Analysis of the Data, whereas the team will work closely with the respective production leads for every BAU topics such as issue, specific transaction, coordination, issue resolution and other BAU matters.
The immediate focus in addition to overseeing the BAU matters will be to handle the transition of fish and seafood sorting/distribution to the new facility, requiring the onboarding and training of new staff and also to assist in developing and implementing new processes as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BAU

Oversee Process compliance and KPI executed by TLs for:Store order fulfillment ordering of raw materials Ensure inventory movement are properly captured in SAP, WMs and or other relevant systems including tracking & investigation (Discrepancy between input and output) Provide visibility to production team on requirements for upcoming days/weeks Ensure master data in systems are correct including new skus, costing, Yield, etc. Handles IT system issues with internal parties Handle feedback from internal/external stakeholders

Project and continuous improvement

Support QA in achieving ISO certification for CPU Own department Drumbeat, Workplans and BSC process in collaboration with peers and RO

KPI tracking

Audit / workplace safety / HalalOwn KPI tracking, analysis and action plan process Work with respective Production lead to develop plans in case of Gaps and own Progress is captured by respective stakeholders Liaise with finance for regular financial review, track and enforce follow ups Run data/report and perform adhoc business/operational performance analysis to identify issue, develop solution and roadmap to achieve resolution in collaboration with the Production leaders and process improvement manager Track the execution of the Audit, workplace safety and compliance by respective production leads and their resolution of follow ups Provide SKUs for Halal application Other documents / details requested by Halal consultants (one-off) #
