In corporate office design and built projects, monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, Interior fit-out coordination.
Liaise with clients on keeping track and control schedules of cost, time and quality, important meet deadlines.
Liaise with subcontractors for follow up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process etc.
Perform and monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
Familiar with building contractual terms and laws in Singapore.
Manage site operation, coordination and safety meeting.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma or Degree Qualification from recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Renovation Project Management
Having experience coordinate for Japanese clients is an added advantage
Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Designer drawings.
Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.
Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
Willing to work on weekends, when necessary
Compensation:
Working location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
