You will be responsible for the implementation of preventive programmes of M&E and effective building services, attending to the service requirement of tenants, reviewing contract specifications, preparing of annual operating and capital budget, facilitating with tenants and contractors in fitting-out works and ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and building regulations as well as supervising a team of technicians and service providers.
Qualifications
You should possess a Degree or Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management/ Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, drive to succeed and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential attributes to succeed.
