Contract period : 16 Oct 23 \xe2\x80\x93 15 Oct 24

Temps working for periods of 3 months, or more are entitled to benefits.

Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

(with one hour lunch break)

Job responsibilities :

1. Medical School Portfolio

• Assist the team in meeting the project timelines for the implementation of national initiatives for medical schools. This includes assisting and closing enquiries from the stakeholders on a timely basis.

• Assist in organizing/facilitating meetings where needed, including but not limited to sending meeting invitation and preparation of meeting agenda and materials, etc.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure healthcare students undergo clinical training as planned.

• Any other duties as assigned.

• Assist the team in meeting the project timelines for the review of the MOH Faculty Development Framework

• Assist in organizing/facilitating meetings where needed, including but not limited to sending meeting invitation and preparation of meeting agenda and materials, etc.

• Follow up and close enquiries from the stakeholders on a timely basis.

• Any other duties as assigned.

• Degree - Salary $17.00 (Degree with no working experience)

• Resilient to work independently and as a team.

• Have a sense of urgency and responsibility. Able to deliver amidst competing deadlines.

• Prior experience in healthcare or education sector will be an advantage.

• Acute sense in handling administrative work and manage projects. Meticulous.

• Strong in MS Office.

• Confident in managing stakeholders.

• Comfortable with handling numbers and perform data/case verification.
