Assistant Store Manager

to join our team at

Remarkables Park, Queenstown .

Shift Pattern is as follows:

Monday (08:30 - 17:45)

Tuesday (08:30 - 15:30)

Wednesday (10:00 - 17:45)

Thursday (08:30 - 17:45)

Sunday (08:30 - 17:45)

This role isn't just about running a store - it's about creating an environment where customers feel inspired, the team feels supported, and every day brings something new.

What you'll be doing:

Partner with the Store Manager to lead and coach a passionate retail team. Deliver epic customer experiences that keep people coming back. Drive sales, manage stock, and keep the store looking on point. Take the lead on daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the store. Step up to cover the Store Manager when needed - this is your pathway to leadership!

What you'll bring:

Experience in retail leadership (Supervisor, 2IC, ASM, or similar). A genuine passion for the outdoors and helping others get adventure-ready. Strong people skills - you know how to motivate, support, and grow a team. A hands-on, can-do attitude - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Drive to hit targets, keep the store humming, and deliver results.
