Job Description

You will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business developmentThe Job\xc2\xb7 Servicing business intermediaries to ensure policies renewal.\xc2\xb7 Handling business and operational queries from policy holders and business intermediaries.\xc2\xb7 Responsible placement of renewal instructions by policy holders to internal stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis;\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;\xc2\xb7 Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;\xc2\xb7 Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.QualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree or equivalent industry qualifications;\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building;\xc2\xb7 Energetic and sales oriented individuals;\xc2\xb7 Adaptable and able to work independently and under stress;\xc2\xb7 Soft skills in relationship building;\xc2\xb7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork; and\xc2\xb7 Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.About Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
