Job Description

We are searching for enthusiastic individuals with a love for F&B.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective and smooth operation of the day-to-day activities.
• Increase revenue by doing out operational tasks.
• Hiring and educating employees.
• Accountable for creating a performance-driven team and inspiring the team.
• Assist to organize the wine and beverage selection.
• Preparing monthly reports, such as monthly consolidations, sales figures for F&B, lunch and dinner covers, etc.
• Gathering of client opinions.
• Ensuring that there are enough supplies for everyday needs
• Ensuring that the restaurant\'s premises are in good conditions.

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum of F&B experience as a restaurant manager.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent team player that is focused on results and providing exceptional service.
• Candidates with recent experience working as assistant managers are also welcome to apply.

Benefits:

• $3500 - $4000
• 5-6 days (Including Weekends)
• 8-9 Hours per day (11am - 12am)
• Location: Central
• Transport Provided during Odds hours
