Description:

As part of People & Engagement Team within the Changi East Safety Division, your role will necessitate you to support driving the promulgation of a strong safety culture and development of related promotional activities and communication channels. In this role, you will not only be required to create, review, and distribute engaging safety promotional content, you will also develop and execute initiatives to strengthen safety culture within the Changi East programme. Additionally, you will have to analyse safety performance data and use these for the development of suitable communication interventions.

Content Creation and Deployment

Create compelling content for a different communication channels which may include websites, social media, newsletters, signages etc to improve safety knowledge within the workplace, promote safety awareness and reinforce a strong safety culture Develop safety campaigns and initiatives to continuously encourage good and safe workplace behaviours Organise safety training, safety promotional events and awareness activities




Data Analysis and Safety Performance Monitoring

Collect, process, and analyse safety related performance data Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of different safety initiatives deployed by the team Assist in preparation of well-structured safety performance reports using digital publishing platforms Create visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate safety metrics to different audiences

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Candidates with at least 3 years' of work experience in related areas such e.g. marketing & communication, workplace safety & health, risk management etc preferred Recent graduates with the desire to learn and contribute are also welcomed to apply Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all job levels Experienced content creator who understands use of graphic design software and video editing tools Proficient in use of data analysis tools and software * Good team-player, self-driven and meticulous with the ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
