Job Description

:

• Assist in managing the Security operations of the Gallery
• Conducts investigation into security & safety breaches
• Assist with the management of the security systems vendor, ensure its operability to support security functions
• Manages the outsourced security services partner and ensure compliance to contractual obligations and performance indicators
• Secondary point of contact for liaising with government officials, ministries, and law enforcement
• Assist with the coordination and upkeep of the business continuity & crisis management plans

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years\' experience in a management position preferably in a hospitality environment/attractions or any other service orientated industry preferred
• Certified First aider/CPR and AED Operator
• Must possess PLRD license (Supervisor)
• Sound technical knowledge on security systems and operations
• Ability to integrate and play an important role in a large and fast paced team
• Ability to manage projects simultaneously
• Flexible approach to working hours, as and when the business levels demand
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Medically and physically fit, good team player with initiative
• Candidates with proven knowledge / track record in a large entity managing a complex integrated security management system preferred
• Maybe required to work on rotating shifts, weekends
• Professional certification such as Associate Protection Professional (APP) is desirable
