Job Responsibilities Participate in project teams, contribute to the successful completion of all deliverables associated with the process team and collaborate cross-functionally with representatives within the Group. Assess, recommend and configure SAP delivery mechanisms especially in RE-FX and FI-AR Validate the SAP fit to business requirements and identify workarounds and business process changes, if necessary. Identify master data requirements, configure, and load master data objects. Develop business rules to clean data and maintain ongoing data integrity configure unit test, integrate and regressively test end-to-end solutions for business events. Involved in data migration for company reorganization, asset acquisition as well as reviewing and contributing training content, writing of test plans, scenarios and cases. Reviewing and contributing to training content, writing of test plans, scenarios and cases documenting and maintaining design solutions. Job Requirements Degree in Information Technology or related fields. Master's degree is advantageous. At least 3 to 6 years of relevant experiences in SAP RE-FX and knowledge within Real Estate Industry. 1 years of full life-cycle experience in designing, configuring, testing, documenting, and supporting SAP RE-FX. Good business process knowledge of Real Estate Leasing, Marketing and Sales, Property Management as well as the related accounting requirements. Familiarity with the industry practices for tenancy agreements, billings and property management Basic proficiency and knowledge of SAP Report painter tools and work flow is desirable. Results-oriented individual with a proven track record for solving business problems within SAP's solution framework. Ability to identify master data requirements, configure and load master data objects and facilitate in providing solutions. Technically sound with SAP RE-FX and be able to develop business rules to clean data and maintain ongoing data integrity, configure unit test, integration and regression test end-to-end solutions for business events.
