Assist SOE leadership in one of the overarching goals for SOE - Public Relations, Marketing and Outreach (Use of Media, School Events, Student Activities, etc.).
Maintain and increase the profile and visibility of the School; maintain publicity materials.
Review and maintain the School\xe2\x80\x99s website, newsletter, school events; update school rankings and interface with OCCM to ensure accuracy of information.
Oversee and successfully implement School and University-wide events for students, faculty and other dignitaries; collaborate with OUA and OCCM in outreach events.
Review, maintain and develop new material as needed for the SOE TV monitor content.
Organise, plan, coordinate and maintain photo shoots, logistics and all functions related to the image of the School.
Serve as SharePoint administrator to oversee the organization of e-files for SOE internal SharePoint libraries.
Handle the PDPA and DNC Registry for the School.
Ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree or Diploma with at least 3 years of working experiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Familiarity and experience with Dreamweaver (HTML programming, Photoshop) preferred.
A team player, yet able to work independently.
Pleasant and cheerful disposition; able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
Initiative and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills and resourceful.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a reasonable capacity.
Demonstrates interest in learning and performing new assignments.
