Job Description

We are looking for motivated, energetic and creative individuals with a passion for making a difference in the aviation industry. You will be part of the team managing terminal operations and ensuring the overall safety of the airport. You will also be expected to multi-task and cover a broad range of activities and airport functions to curate a delightful passenger experience.

This role will require you to drive promotion and engagement initiatives with airport stakeholders such as aircraft operators, ground handlers and government agencies to ensure smooth and safe airport operations. It also entails data analysis of customer insights and the airport\'s service and safety performances. Your analysis, research and recommendations will need to translate into strategies and drive positive outcomes for Seletar Airport.

You will be expected to manage both internal and external communication platforms in safety outreach. You will also be challenged to raise the profile and public mindshare of Seletar Airport through creative means and initiatives. Seletar Airport\'s website and communication mediums would be under your portfolio.

In the age of digitisation, you will be expected to work with system partners to innovate and improve the experience for passengers, as well as to enhance work productivity across the Seletar team.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in any discipline, with at least 1 to 4 years of work experience
• Self-motivated and independent
• Highly energetic and confident
• Good written and verbal communication, multi-tasking and project management skills

• Passion to drive and promote new initiatives and programmes
• Relevant background in experience creation, customer service, marketing, communications, design, innovation, safety and/or aviation related work would be an advantage
