Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Commercial Growth & Community Engagement
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic professional to support the planning and execution of commercial and community initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, engaging the public, and strengthening our brand through event management, sales, stakeholder relations, and volunteer coordination.
What You Will Do:
Commercial Event Planning & Sales:
Support event planning, coordinate ticket sales, collaborate with marketing teams, and monitor sales performance.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build relationships with partners and sponsors, maintain communication, and support contract negotiations.
Property & Tenant Management:
Assist in retail leasing, coordinate maintenance requests, and monitor tenant compliance.
Community Event & Volunteer Coordination:
Organize community engagement events, and recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in commercial sales, partnership development, or property management, preferably in entertainment, sports, retail, or community engagement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Singapore's market trends.

Familiarity with Digital and AI Tools
