Job Description

The candidate will be responsible to drive the volunteer management lifecycle and daily volunteer operations at NTFGH and JCH, which includes,

• Manage existing Friends of JurongHealth Campus volunteer programmes. This includes driving training, communication, recruitment, and appreciation.
• Support in the development of new volunteer programmes to improve patients\' and caregivers\' experience. This includes building and sustaining hospital volunteer programmes and community partnerships to strengthen the partnership between the hospital and the community.
• Drive initiatives to increase partnerships and channels for recruitment with corporate organisations and community partners to expand the pool and diversity of volunteers.
• Plan and coordinate monthly patient engagement programme. This includes recruiting corporate and school volunteers and sourcing for local performances among performing and interest groups.
• Plan and lead the annual volunteer appreciation event. This include end-to-end event planning, execution and coordination.
• Support the Community Relations department in other key events which will include recruiting and deploying volunteers, event coordination and other roles identified by the HOD.

• Minimum degree in a relevant field with (3-5 years for SE) / (5-7 years for AM) of experience in volunteer management, including planning to operations. Preferably with knowledge in CSR and community partnership/relation
• Familiarity with the NCSS Volunteer Management framework
• Able to work well with a diverse group of volunteers from corporate, community, and grassroots organisations.
• Self-driven, has a \'can-do\' attitude, a sense of curiosity to learn and apply new skills, and a good team player whilst also able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and event management skills, with a keen eye for details
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Experience with organising arts performances will be an advantage.
