The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Corporate Planning is supporting the development of implementation, execution and monitoring of corporate strategy in line with Vanguard Healthcare's direction and mandates.
Responsibilities:
Support the development, monitoring and review of corporate workplans and strategies, in alignment with Vanguard's priorities
Support the design of corporate scorecards and monitor progress
Monitor and review enterprise risk management indicators, and business continuity plans
Support briefings to internal and external organisations on Vanguard's mission, and priorities
Secretariat duties for internal and external management meetings, including meetings with Board members and internal Vanguard management
Requirements:
Degree; preferably in Healthcare Administration
Possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience in healthcare management or healthcare strategic planning
Direct work experience in a healthcare institution with strategic planning experience will be advantageous
Strong written and communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and seniority
* Self-motivated and result oriented
