What you\'ll do:

  • Responsible to collate and analyse key performance indicators relating to customer feedback/complaints/enquiries on a timely basis, and to liaise with other related units/sections whenever necessary
  • Provide inputs on the monitoring of service quality efforts/initiatives and monitor progress on a periodic basis
  • Develop and/or review systems and processes and manage the day-to-day activities relating to the Customer Feedback Management System
  • Assist in conducting market research, industry benchmark, calibration sessions and surveys to identify / implement trends and best practices to improve service quality levels
  • Plan and execute initiatives and programs relating to Service Engagement
  • Manage and conduct customer service audits
  • Prepare monthly statistics report and present findings to management and relevant units/sections
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned



What you\'ll need:

  • At least a degree with 4 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years relevant experience preferably in Service Engagement / Quality and / or Customer Service
  • Experience in conducting surveys, customer feedback management and customer relationship management will be advantageous
  • Possesses a strategic mind set on organizational service engagement / quality
  • Experience in data analysis is advantageous preferably with Power BI knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications
  • Independent and self-driven, with ability to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and strong analytical skills with an eye for details
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
  • Effective communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and oral with good command of English language
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations
