We're Hiring: Assistant Manager (Cleaning Services)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of cleaning projects across multiple sites
Supervise and train cleaning teams to ensure high service standards
Coordinate staff schedules and allocate manpower efficiently
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Handle client feedback, resolve on-site issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
Support the Manager in administrative duties, reporting, and performance reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in rostering systems
