Roles & Responsibilities



Supervise & lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.


.Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.(must have knowledge with timber formwork/rebar work/cement work/tiling work/plaster work/bricklayer work).


.Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings.


.Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction peroid.


.Producing site progress report to management.


.Monitor and ensure subcontractor comply with specified requirements.


.Identify and comply with all applicable staturtory/regulatory requiredments related to project.


.Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.


.Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks


.Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.


.Clear communication to external parties including client, .subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, .requirements and schedule by means or daily construction oversight.
