Your Role

Lead and support the FOH team to deliver professional, warm, attentive service Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow Coach and train team members to uphold service standards Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences Work closely with management to anticipate busy periods and maintain high standards of hospitality Manage finances and control costs Develop business leads via sustainable relationships Drive customer satisfaction and improve market position Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members in the venue * Drive performance to targeted revenue and profits
