Job Responsibilities / Duties:



Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends. Engage with prospective clients through various channels, such as calls and emails, to generate interest. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients and partners. Manage and maintain client information in a CRM database. Develope Leads and Marketing Strategies for Customer base Assist in developing and executing business development and sales strategies. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align goals. Track and report on sales metrics and performance. Attend industry events and conferences to build the company's presence and network.


Education & Experience:



Able to converse and prepare chinese presentation materials to face chinese speaking clients. Possess certification in nursing care/childcare or other courses that are relevant. On the job training will be provided to interested applicants without relevant experience * Salary commensurate with experience
