  • Assess Pre-Authorisation and medical reports escalated from our Shield LOG team and decide if LOG can be issued within the internal turnaround time
  • Perform Quality Checks (QC) on shield claims and LOG cases
  • Handle escalated emails from our contact centre and internal customers on Shield claims related enquiries
  • Handle CPFB payments of Life Health claims and Shield claims and perform reconciliation of such payments
  • Support admin officer in claims registration and other admin work when the staff is on leave
  • Other duties as and when specified by Team Lead and Head of Department
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in Life or Health insurance company
  • Familiar with Health or Shield claim processes
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Good medical knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
  • Good written and oral skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and have a positive mindset
  • A matured person with integrity, and a good attitude
  • Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of integrity takes accountability and ownership, and a team player
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
