DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager (Business & Product Support - SAP)

RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is part of the Business Support team to ensure smooth and efficient business operations relating to product master data. The incumbent is responsible for managing a team of specialists to create and maintain product master data and improving the master data processes to meet business objectives, he/ she is expected to:

  • Deliver clear documentation of Standard Operations Procedures Manual for the master data work processes
  • Investigate and implement corrective actions on system issues flagged
  • Work with internal customers to ensure operational stability and that applications meet the practical needs
  • Provides problem solving support, advice and guidance to internal customers
  • Drives and optimizes business processes for data improvement resulting in accuracy and efficiency
  • Effectively evaluate end user’s need and business processes - translate, communicate, and document the requirements
  • Define system requirements and work with Technology department to plan and coordinate user acceptance testing relating for modified and new systems, and provide post-implementation support
  • Drive change management to help users understand, accept, and embrace process/system changes
  • Participates in projects and continuous improvement activities to drive increased productivity (process flows optimisation and automation activities)


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in business process improvement
  • Experienced in SAP Material Management modules
  • Experienced in conducting User Acceptance Testing, formulating documentation and provide end-user training
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google apps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
  • Meticulous, motivated and willing to learn attitude
  • Results driven and excellent problem solver
