With their extensive fibre and wireless infrastructure and global partnerships, they deliver enterprises quality mobile and fixed services, a broad suite of premium content, and a diverse range of communications solutions. We develop and convey to corporate and government clients solutions, such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analytics, Internet of Things and robotics.

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation that will directly contribute to subscriber and revenue growth in the following areas
• Digital Sales
• Subscriber base management
• ARRU growth
• Revenue growth
• Product design and development
• Operational automation
• Increased bottom line profitability
• Drive Brand Pillars and grow giga brand awareness
• Drive data analytics leading to strong consumer insights which are actionable
• Manage advertising and media agencies
• Lead and manage internal and external partners/vendors
• Manage digital platforms - both app and web Manage a lean team, inculcate agile-like practices across the board
• Support IT requirements needed for new product designs, product enhancements or customer journey enhancements

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Business , Marketing or closely related field
• Min 3-5+ years of eCommerce/telco /a high performance environment (e.g., consumer experience in financial industry or top tier FinTech, eCommerce industries)
• Knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting
• Knowledge of UX/UI design for eComm and understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic, conversion and engagement
• Must have knowledge in digital media advertising, competitive strategies, product marketing and product management
• Excellent communication skills in writing, presentation, negotiation and influencing
• Aware of key industry trends, technologies in today global digital communication landscape
