CHAMP, the Population-based Chronic Disease Management Programme, is an innovative initiative solely developed by National University Health System (NUHS). This project is a cornerstone of NUHS\'s population health plans, aiming to bolster population-scale chronic disease monitoring in alignment with the Ministry of Health\'s Healthier SG strategy to promote healthier living. CHAMP represents a technological leap in healthcare, offering a solution that facilitates self-management in chronic disease care. It empowers patients to effortlessly submit vital signs readings like blood pressure and heart rate via the CHAMP chatbot (powered by WhatsApp).In the dynamic CHAMP project management office (PMO), the Assistant Manager collaborates closely with diverse teams across NUHS and liaises with external stakeholders, to ensure meticulous planning and execution of project activities.Job Responsibilities * Strategic Planning and Support

  • Contribute to the strategic planning of CHAMP, aligning project goals with NUHS\'s vision.
  • Assist in organising and conducting internal and external meetings, maintaining comprehensive coordination of project logistics.
  • Project Implementation and Monitoring
  • Develop detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and performance reports.
  • Support day-to-day operations, ensuring project activities are executed in accordance with established plans.
  • Change Management
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of change management strategies to maximise CHAMP adoption.
  • Create and organise training content and materials, conducting comprehensive training sessions for stakeholders to facilitate effective adoption of CHAMP solutions.
  • Provide implementation support, ensuring that the deployment of new solutions is seamlessly integrated into current operations.
  • Support communication efforts to effectively disseminate project objectives, updates, and achievements, enhancing CHAMP\'s visibility and stakeholder awareness.
  • Project Evaluation
  • Employ data collection methodologies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project data.
  • Analyse data to evaluate the impact of the project and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership
  • Supports and champion change within project scopes, showing adaptability and resilience while providing insightful feedback to optimise project execution.
  • Drive personal accountability in project delivery, executing task with efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Undertake tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or Head of Department, CareHub, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in business development activities, and support for compliance and governance activities, contributing to the project\'s growth and evolution.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts and project management software, is a plus.
  • Experience in a healthcare or IT environment is an advantage.
