DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager (Marketing Communications)



RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a passionate and creative Assistant Manager to join our Marketing Communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to build a dynamic career in marketing and communications. You will play a key role in driving creative content development and supporting marketing coordination activities to enhance our brand presence and engagement.



Key Responsibilities:


Develop and produce engaging creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Chinese social media channels such as RED and DouYin Design and develop artworks for marketing materials and collaterals such as posters, advertisements, banners, and event displays Assist in creating and coordinating marketing communications materials, including EDM content gathering and creation Support filming and video production requests Assist in managing social media channels and monitoring performance metrics Contribute ideas and creative input to marketing campaigns and initiatives




QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Arts, Business, or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Good communication and teamwork skills * Enthusiastic about social media trends and digital marketing
