What the role is:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will drive business development by engaging corporate clients and industry partners to promote upskilling solutions and build long-term strategic relationships. You will also ensure operational excellence through effective course administration, funding management, and end-to-end customer support.
What you will be working on:
Business Development & Partnership Growth o Proactively identify and engage corporate clients to promote Temasek Polytechnic CET courses as upskilling solutions. o Develop new business opportunities by building strong, long-term relationships with HR leaders, L&D managers, and industry partners. o Work with programme partners to design and position strategic and emerging programmes that meet evolving industry needs. o Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to expand outreach, strengthen brand visibility, and grow new customer segments. Operational Excellence & Administration o Manage course funding, setup and operations from enquiries to enrolment and payment processing (eg. attendance and assessment status update) in Skills Training and Enhancement Portal (STEP) and resolve administrative issues highlighted by applicants and participants. o Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, assessment outcomes, and administrative compliance. o Manage SkillsFuture Credit payouts, financial reconciliation reports, and timely payments to programme and platform partners. o Contribute to a variety of tasks as needed, to support the evolving needs of Department.
