What the role is:JTC is currently seeking dynamic individual to support our efforts to drive the planning, development, and management of smart ecosystems to align with the future-forward vision of JTC\'s industrial and business estates to deliver hassle-free, secure, and efficient consumer experiences. The candidate will work with a dynamic team of specialists ranging from AI, Business, Civil, Facility, Robotics and Software to transform our city-state into a smart nation.What you will be working on:

• Manage and review initiatives and projects to drive the planning, development, and management of smart ecosystems for JTC estates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage vendors to ensure they meet contractual obligations and deliver good customer experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage retail tenants and provide support to our customers\' operations related to smart ecosystems. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop user journeys and work with technical team and contractors to deploy MVPs for POCs and deployment at scale. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, building and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing projects to achieve smart ecosystems objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track project timeline and resource utilisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop KPIs, tender specs, contractual terms etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver success by ensuring partnering teams deliver the KPIs together.

What we are looking for:

• Background in business, economics and other relevant disciplines \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with strong project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with government processes and stakeholder engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal, communication & writing skills, as well as strategic thinking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Application appreciation of Smart Retail Technology like facial recognition, digital payment, robotics and AI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude and resilient. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful, problem solver and able to multi-task.
