About Our Client

Our client is a global investment firm specialised in telecommunications and technology. With a strong presence in APAC and UK, they have a network of over 150 facilities across the global footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to regional portfolio with international exposure to Tax in transfer pricing, GST apart from Corporate Tax.



As the Assistant Manager, Tax, you will play a vital role in supporting the tax department in various functions. You will assist the Senior Director and tax team on the tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely submission of various tax returns across corporate tax, GST and withholding tax. This includes close collaboration with internal stakeholders and providing guiance on tax related matters. This is an exciting role with direct contribute to the effective management of tax obligations and help optimise the company\'s tax position.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience of corporate tax experience. Individuals from external professional accounting firms with tax knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and presentation skills with good command of English language
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel skills
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
